All of our pontoon boat seats and furniture ship for free from our warehouse in Elkhart, IN to your home or office.

Depending on the weight of your order size and the items ordered, we will ship your products via UPS for smaller items or Conway Central for larger items. If your product weighs less than 20 lbs there will be a $8.00 flat rate shipping charge added to your final purchase price. We want your purchase experience with Great Lakes Pontoon as worry free as possible. Your order is handled with the upmost care from the time it is ordered to the time it arrives on your front door. In the rare case that your product is damaged during transit, please call our offices and we will issue a return service request and ship out a replacement as soon as possible and at no cost to you. At Great Lakes Pontoon we strive to make your experience with us the best possible, if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase please call our offices and speak to one of our customer service representatives and we will refund you for the entire purchase price of the item.
